Race issue

For some reason the issue of race has slipped my mind when thinking about the 2008 Presidential race. Some how I completely forgot about the ignorant and closed minded people who would rather vote for a candidate who graduated 5th from the BOTTOM of his class then a candidate who was president of the Harvard Law Review simply because of racial prejudice. I guess some people would rather have our country go down the shitter than have a Black man go into the "White" House.
